What we collect

When you request an assessment or urgent response we collect your name, business name, phone, email, property type, and anything you write in the message. Signed-in staff and clients have an email, password (stored only as a one-way hash), and activity records needed to run the service. Techs record visit notes and photos of your property's equipment and premises as part of the service you contracted.

How we use it

To call you back, schedule and perform service, produce your visit reports, and bill you. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees it

LPS staff and our affiliated companies who perform work on your property (Legacy Designers & Contractors, CSLB #1131014; Food Service Enterprises for supplies and equipment) and the vendors we dispatch on your behalf, only as needed for the job. Our systems run on Cloudflare, Airtable, Google Workspace and Resend; each processes data under its own terms.

Your choices (California residents)

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we don't do either). Email [email protected] or call (888) 800-1813. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Retention and security

Lead details are kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period after; client records for the life of the account plus what tax and licensing rules require. Data is encrypted in transit; access is limited to signed-in staff with a role that needs it, and every access is logged.
